How your campaign will unfold
1. Initial contact

We will provide you with all the necessary information, the procedure to follow, and we will support you at every stage of the process.
2. Submission of documents
Your starter kit will include all the materials required to ensure the smooth running and success of your campaign.
It will include an order form to record your sales, explanatory materials detailing the sales offer, and a document outlining the complete procedure. Please note that no initial inventory is required.
3. Starting your campaign
It is now time to start your campaign. Each participant will need to record their donors' orders using the slip provided for this purpose, collect the payments and keep them in their possession until the final sales compilation with the designated manager at the close of the campaign.
4. Campaign closing - sales
Once the campaign is complete, your organization's representative will collect the funds donated by each participant, along with a breakdown of their sales. These funds will be held until the invoice is settled.
Once your form is duly completed, you can send it to our team and choose your delivery method, either pickup at our Montreal workshop or delivery by our carrier.
5. Payment
The invoice will be sent to you by email and must be paid using the funds raised during the campaign.
Once payment has been received, your order will be prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
6. Order Receipt
Once the order has been received and verified, the person in charge of your organization will proceed to distribute the products to the participants, in accordance with the quantities indicated on the order form.
7. Distribution of orders to participants
Campaign participants will proceed with the handover of the products sold.
