Discover Sea Buckthorn Vegetable Oil organic. It originates from East Germany and comes from the First cold pressing of the sea buckthorn fruit pulp . After the juice is extracted, the pulp and seeds are collected. By simply adjusting the density, the pulp is separated from the seeds. The pulp is quite oily and contains the oil.
The bright orange berries of this small shrub with grey leaves are rich in vitamins and fatty acids . It's worth noting that sea buckthorn is the only plant known to contain omega-3, 6, 7, and 9 fatty acids. However, what primarily distinguishes it from other vegetable oils is its high content of Omega 7 , the rarest of all fatty acids.
While its juice is renowned as a natural tonic, its vegetable oil is an excellent regenerator with powerful moisturizing properties . Its palmitoleic acid (Omega 7) content aids in the healing of wounds and burns, promotes skin regeneration, and slows down skin aging.
