Professional advice:
To fight a cold , you can mix 1 ml of balsam fir essential oil, 2 ml of niaouli essential oil, 3 ml of ravintsara essential oil, 2 ml of saturated thyme essential oil and 2 ml of peppermint essential oil, and rub the chest 3 to 4 times a day with 6 to 8 drops of the mixture, or place 3 drops of the mixture on a handkerchief to inhale as needed.

Usage tips :
Adults (18 years and over): Local topical application: add 1-5 drops to 5 ml of neutral carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times daily. Do not use essential oil undiluted.
Direct inhalation: apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale occasionally up to 3 times daily.
For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid all contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; if necessary, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.
For use in an essential oil diffuser: 1-6 drops can be added undiluted in the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric).

Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek emergency medical attention or call a Poison Control Center. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid exposing treated areas to the sun.
