1. Making contact:

You make an appointment with us to discuss your project. This can be done via our form, email, telephone, video conference or in person at the workshop (make an appointment). The objective of this first meeting is to understand your needs, your preferences and your expectations for your project.

We invite you to exchange your ideas and concepts as precisely as possible: During the consultation, you share your ideas and inspirations with our employee. You can bring sketches, pictures, samples, or other visual elements to better communicate your vision. Our employee can also ask you questions to clarify your expectations and give you expert advice on available design options, materials and techniques.

The file will be opened and information collected as the exchange progresses.

2. Initial appointment:

Based on all the information collected during the consultation, our employee will make an appointment with you to come to your location. This meeting will be used to take the measurements of your room. This will help us provide you with a detailed quote including the estimated cost of your project.

3. Quote:

Following the initial appointment, a quote will be sent to you by email

4.Quotation and schedule:

Once the quote is accepted*, we will contact you to discuss the work schedule.

*When signing the quote a deposit will be required before purchasing the materials

4.Production:

D-day". Construction will begin until the final completion of the project which will follow the schedule provided.
