1. Contact:

You schedule an appointment with us to discuss your project. This can be done via our form, email, telephone, video conference, or in person at the workshop (appointment booking). The goal of this initial meeting is to understand your needs, preferences, and expectations for your project.

We encourage you to share your ideas and concepts as precisely as possible: During the consultation, you'll share your ideas and inspirations with our staff member. You can bring sketches, images, samples, or other visual elements to better communicate your vision. Our staff member may also ask you questions to clarify your expectations and provide expert advice on available design options, materials, and techniques.

The file will be opened and information gathered as the exchange progresses.

NB Photos and a sketch of the room are strongly recommended.

2. Estimate:

Based on all the information collected during the consultation, a free estimate of the project will be sent to you by email.

3. Initial appointment:

Our representative will schedule an appointment with you to visit your location. This meeting will be used to take measurements of your room. This will help us provide you with a detailed quote including the estimated cost of your project.

4. Quote:

Following the initial meeting, a quote will be sent to you by email.

5.Quotes and schedule:

Once the quote is accepted*, we will contact you to discuss the work schedule.

*Upon signing the quote, a deposit will be required before proceeding with the purchase of materials.

6. Production:

D-Day. Construction will begin and will continue until the final completion of the project, which will follow the schedule provided.
