Ingredients :

Thymus vulgaris * (thyme essential oil) (flowering top) 100%
*CT4 thujanol

Dosage:

Adults (18 years and over): add 1-5 drops to 5 ml of neutral carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times daily for topical use.

Direct inhalation: apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale occasionally up to 3 times daily.

Do not use undiluted essential oil for topical use. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous ; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil or water. Store at room temperature.
